FAQ / good to know

Breadband | The Breadband stands for musical diversity and effortlessly moves between jazz, folk music, pop, and blues. Filip Bartenbach (clarinet, saxophone, vocals) and Clemens Tschallener (accordion, vocals) open their performance at Serpentinata by Janine Roggen and then embark together with the audience on the path to long-gone by Christoph and Markus Getzner. Visitors are invited to musically explore the two artworks and accompany the duo along the way between the two artworks.

The Bauernfänger | The Bauernfänger are a non-amplified male sextet that breathes new life into well-known melodies with charm, humor, and musical skill. Their varied program ranges from swing, bossa, and tango to waltz and folklore, continually surprising with winking interpretations. The Wolf has sprung: At ALPINE ART SOUNDS, they perform before the sculptures of WolfGeorg below the playground and above the small lake – a special place where music and art engage in dialogue.

Gioia Choir | The GIOIA Choir from Bludenz is all about joy – not just in name, but also in its musical understanding. With a versatile repertoire and the conviction that singing together connects people and conveys joy for life, the choir has delighted its audience for many years. At ALPINE ART SOUNDS, the choir is represented by a small ensemble and creates a musical stop full of joy at the Compressed Path  by Maria Anwander.

Evelyn Fink-Mennel & Matthias Härtel | Evelyn Fink-Mennel and Matthias Härtel make the path itself the stage, combining yodeling tradition with a musical hike along the Alpine Art Muttersberg. The starting point is the View Bench by Monika Grabuschnigg. From there, the joint route leads to the Sled by Liddy Scheffknecht and further to the Head Society by Alfred Graf. With their violins, the two connect to the tradition of shared hiking songs and invite visitors to sing along, yodel, and experience music, art, and landscape together along the way.

Jenny & Martina - The AlpHornets | Jenny and Martina form the duo The AlpHornets, combining the impressive sounds of the alphorn with their enthusiasm for music and lived tradition. With great joy of playing, the two musicians from Ludesch create a magical conclusion to ALPINE ART SOUNDS. Their concert takes place at the Fig Tree High Stand by Marbod Fritsch at the small lake and adds a beautiful finishing touch to a day filled with music, art, and nature.
