The first enjoyment station for a morning snack awaits you at Sonnenkopf, right by the mountain station in the Bergrestaurant Sonnenkopf.

After the first culinary highlight, the journey continues towards Kristberg in Montafon. From here, hikers and bikers take separate paths before meeting again at Kirstberg.

Freshly recharged from a cozy break with lunch at the Panoramagasthof Kristberg, the descent leads you down to the last stage. The path takes you through the Dalaas community forest down to Dalaas to the final enjoyment station at the Gasthaus Post. Here, a sweet conclusion awaits you.

The first enjoyment station awaits you at Sonnenkopf – directly at the mountain station in the Bergrestaurant Sonnenkopf – with a view of the mountains of the Verwall and Lechquellen mountain ranges.

Lunch at Panoramagasthof Kristberg
Now it continues towards Kristberg in Montafon. From here on, hikers and bikers take separate paths until they meet again at Kristberg.

Distance Bike: 10.3 km
Meal: Sura Kees wrapped in bacon with leaf salad or cheese noodles with mixed salad and 1 glass of mountain water, excludes other drinks

Sweet conclusion at Gasthaus Post, Dalaas
After Kristberg, it is now downhill to the last section and the final enjoyment station.
Walking time Hiking: approx. 1h 45min
Distance Bike: 7 km to Dalaas, then another 4.5 km to Sonnenkopfbahn
Meal: cake of the day or fruit sundae and a coffee or tea, excludes other drinks
