Bad Rothenbrunnen
The Alpengasthof Bad Rothenbrunnen is located in the middle of the biosphere park with a historical history.
Everything began with a Marian apparition of a shepherd who bathed his injured foot in the spring and was healed. Soon after, a bathhouse was built, and the place was named the "Red Spring."
The Alpine inn Bad Rothenbrunnen is located in the heart of the Biosphere Park Großes Walsertal and has been run by the Bitsche family since 2005.
We offer hearty traditional or light regional cuisine, as well as rustic home-cooked meals.
A small selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes.
Dogs are allowed in the garden and the rooms, but unfortunately not in the large dining room.
For hikers and day guests, we are open from 10 AM to 6 PM. Open on holidays.
We gladly host evening events upon request.
Cash and card payments are possible.

In May, June, September, and October, the rest days are Monday and Tuesday. July and August only on Monday.
