Morning snack at the Alpe Steris
The first gourmet stop awaits you at the idyllic Alpe Steris, located directly below the Breithorn and the Kellaspitze. At the first gourmet stop, Andrea Schwarzmann and her team will spoil you with delicious regional specialities and home-baked bread.
Walking time: Cable car ride + approx. 1 h 45 min to Alpe Steris
Meal: Small snack with cheese, bacon and homemade bread, excl. drinks

Lunch at the Breithornhütte
After the first culinary highlight, continue along a beautiful hiking trail towards Alpe Oberpartnom/Breithornhütte. The Bickel family and the team at the Breithornhütte will spoil you with a tasty lunch. Indulge yourself and enjoy the marvellous view of the Große Walsertal and the Walser ridge.
Walking time: approx. 1 hour to the Breithornhütte
Meal: Cheese spaetzle with salad, plus a drink (elderberry juice or thirst quencher), excl. other drinks

A sweet finish in the biosphärenpark.haus bistro
The last stage leads via the Alpe Unterpartnom and Steinbild back to the mountain station. Take the cable car back to the starting point and the last stop on this culinary hike. The bistro of the biosphärenpark.haus awaits you for a sweet end to this enjoyable day.
Walking time: approx. 1.5 h via the goods road, approx. 45 min on foot to the mountain station + cable car ride
Meal: farmers ice cream (100 ml. diffrent flavors) and a cup of coffee or tea, excluding other drinks

Hike across lush alpine meadows with the breathtaking mountain panorama always in view, breathe in the fresh mountain air and indulge in regional delicacies at three gourmet stops - all this awaits you on the culinary gourmet hike in Sonntag-Stein. The experience starts at the Sonntag-Stein cable car mountain station and leads along the Schwandweg trail to Bickelwald and on to Alpe Steris. Andrea Schwarzmann and her team await you at Alpe Steris to spoil you with the first course. From Alpe Steris, the pleasure tour then leads along a hiking trail below the Breithorn to Alpe Oberpartnom. At the Breithorn hut, Martha Bickel serves you homemade specialities and a snack before continuing your hike. A leisurely walk from Oberpartnom back to the Sonntag-Stein cable car mountain station. The sweet conclusion to this culinary highlight awaits you in the biosphärenpark.haus after the descent with the cable car. The gourmet vouchers are available online (by post), at the valley station of the Sonntag-Stein cable car or at the Bludenz tourist office.
